Known Issue information: PCard Statement Duplication - Resolved
Issue Update
As of Monday April 8 at 4 PM PST, Concur is indicating that users can begin submitting PCard Statements Expense Reports, even if multiple statements exist for a given statement, as long as TRANSACTIONS in each statement are not duplicate.
If you find duplicate transactions, please do not proceed, and submit a ticket for review.
Original Issue
As of 8 am PST on Monday, March 11th, users should not to take any action on the reported issue of duplicate PCard statements. Users started reporting this concern on Thursday, March 7th. After investigation, Concur found the issue across multiple sites, not just UCR. Concur classified it as a high priority issue. This high-priority defect is actively being addressed by Concur, and sending UCR daily updates. UCR will notify campus of next steps to take when and as needed.
High - This has been treated as high priority defect and are updating on resolution multiple times per day.
