Known Issue information: Concur PCard - Resolved 3/4/202
PCard expenses incorrectly reversing charges originally charged. The reversals are showing up with the same date as the original charge and "vendor charge tax" is included in the description. Though the entire amount of the original charge may not be fully reversed in all cases, close to all of it is, usually leaving only a few pennies difference for those respective charge reversals. Resolved in March, but posted to the February ledgers.
