Known Issue information: Payroll
Resolved. All entries completed by 3/14/24 for February ledgers.
June recording of payroll-related costs to incorrect Chart of Accounts:
- June Pay processed after system conversion (i.e., first week of biweekly pay period, leave for June reported in July) redirected to suspense. Proposed corrections based on position funding will be distributed to Colleges/Schools/Organizational Units.
- Corrections of first and larger data set was distributed to Orgs and reflected in the November ledgers.
- Second data set was distributed and is projected for posting with December ledgers.
Update: Available on the Financial Transaction Detail Report and the Golden Tree Viewer.
PI IMPACT: Moderate - certain payroll costs not reflected on Contracts and Grants.
