Known Issue Information:
Intermittent issue causing daily process to generate “Notification Report for Budget Change for Award” to fail. Impact: PI and Department C&G Analyst are not receiving information about new awards and increments of funding nor information on the GL chart string equivalent. The issue to resolve and re-generate missing notifications is in progress.
Update 1/17/2024 - Solution has been moved to production. If a notice needs to be regenerated, it can only be done for the current day (not based on a day in the past). We recommend that users submit a help ticket for assistance.
PI Impact - Low; Questions regarding COA chartstings should be directed to the department analyst.
