Financial System Replacement Program

Looker has been updated with four enhancements.

 

  1. A prefix has been added to COA segments (1-9) so that they display in the correct order.
  2. The "Full COA String" field has been updated to be capitalized for COA (previously it was "Full Coa String").
  3. Accounting Period field has been added under the Dimensions - Dates > Fiscal grouping (which replaced the Period Number field) and pulls the accounting period description (eg. 2023-08, 2023-09, etc.).
  4. Journal Reference has been added so that additional information can be reviewed directly within in the financial systems. The field is titled "GL Line Journal Reference" and is under the Ledger Details grouping.
