Dear Colleagues,
Starting next Monday, October 2, 2023, UC Riverside will introduce the new Horizon theme for Concur Travel and Expense. Concur requires this change to bring a fresh look to the platform.
What's Changing?
- Look and Feel: The theme will feature new colors and layout.
- Homepage: The most significant change is the shift from tabs to a dropdown on the Concur homepage (see example below).
What's Not Changing?
- There will be no alterations to the underlying database.
- Data (Requests/Travel/Expense Reports) within Concur remains unchanged.
- Your Ability to carry out tasks and functions in Concur will remain the same.
- This update will not impact any integrations or external systems
- The Horizon theme is a user interface (UI) “look and feel” change only and will not affect the system's performance.
