Dear Department SAAs,
Thank you for your assistance in provisioning roles for Oracle Training sessions. As the campus prepares for the Impact23 Program Oracle deployment, your support in assigning roles for the new production applications is requested. The appropriate assignment of user roles in your Accountability Structures is crucial for a successful implementation.
To facilitate the provisioning process, the roles for Oracle applications will be available for assignment in the Enterprise Access Control System (EACS) on the following dates:
- Oracle Financials: Monday, June 12th (deploys 7/5)
- Oracle COA Management: Tuesday, June 20th (deploys 6/20)
- Oracle Budget: Friday, June 30th (deploys 7/5)
Please note that Oracle Financials represents the production (live) environment, scheduled to deploy on July 5. Oracle Financials is a separate provisioning process from the Oracle Cloud Financials Training environment. It is important to highlight that while the roles for the new financial systems can be assigned in EACS, users cannot access the applications via R'Space until each system’s official deployment date.

Please begin assigning roles as soon as the applications become available in EACS to ensure users are ready to transact once the systems go live.
