Welcome to Travel Support! Travel Support aims to provide the best training and support services as we implement and stabilize UC Riverside's new Concur Travel and Expense system. Our mission is to maintain a customer-oriented culture and provide resources and a motivating climate as we work through and help solve problems. As our understanding of the new Concur Travel and Expense system evolves, enhanced training, resources, and reporting will remain a top priority.

    Visit Concur Training for training courses, step-by-step guides, and videos to give you a better understanding of the travel system functionality and related processes. Once you've completed training, view the Impact23 Calendar to attend an upcoming Concur User Group for continuing education on Concur. If you miss a Concur User Group, see Recorded Events to watch on demand.

    The Impact23 website under Concur Travel and Expense provides users with self-help, troubleshooting, and task resolution information.

    • Impact23 Community of Practice (CoP) - Travel Channel
      We invite you to join the Impact23 Community of Practice (CoP) to crowdsource answers from your colleagues. The Impact23 CoP - Travel Channel is a learning network dedicated to bringing the UC Riverside financial community together to share knowledge and crowdsource answers related to Concur Travel and Expense and travel-related topics. Users come together to learn from and share practices and ideas to ensure departments’ success in managing the university’s fiscal responsibilities. Membership is open, and you are invited to participate in any areas of interest as the CoP grows!

Travel and Expense Reimbursements and T&E Card
T&E Support

For Travel-related policy questions, technical or access issues, and T&E Card inquiries, contact our team through travel feedback. If contacting us with a Concur inquiry:

  1. Take screenshots of issues you encounter.
  2. Document details of what was done leading up to the issue, including the Request/Report ID.
  3. Note the name and login ID of who experienced the issue (usually the traveler).

Anthony Travel is UC Riverside’s preferred Travel Management Company. For assistance with travel and booking a trip, including group travel, international or complex travel arrangements, or help to change an itinerary, contact Anthony Travel between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday – Friday.
